Not much to say this week. Haven't felt good all week. Continued the bad cold, then just sort of started feeling off (too much caffeine? not enough caffeine?).
February rolls on... Looking like another arctic plunge - highs in low double digits, low single digits. Here we go.

By the way I love your lists of food (esp. Morrocan stew...never tried it). Who does the cooking?
I do all the cooking. Yeah, that's a good one (the stew). trying to simplify food lately. my kids are younger than yours and i put all this time into trying to make sure they eat healthy, but it doesn't work out most of the time. hence, you'll see the ocassional hot dogs.

I loved it when you could control what they ate; I used to cook fresh veggies, chicken, good healthy food and then puree it when they were younger. Now they can control what they eat to an extent and they do love their junk food. Raising children will be the hardest (but the most gratifying)thing you'll do in life.
